Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we get most often — you may not need to write to us at all.
How do I contact Policymage for support?
You can reach us by filling out the contact form on this page or emailing [email protected]. We typically reply within 24 hours.
How long does Policymage take to respond?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days.
Can I partner with Policymage?
Yes. If you're interested in featuring your plans or partnering with us, reach out via the contact form and select 'Partnership Inquiry' as the topic, or email [email protected].
How do I report a bug on Policymage?
Select 'Report a Bug' from the topic dropdown on the contact form and describe the issue in detail. Our team will investigate promptly.
Can Policymage enroll me in a health plan or access my Marketplace account?
No. Policymage is a comparison tool, not an insurer, broker, or government agency, and we have no access to your HealthCare.gov or state Marketplace account. We can explain what the plan data on this site means and how our estimates are calculated, but enrollment, payments, and changes to an existing policy have to go through your Marketplace or the insurer directly.
Where can I follow Policymage on social media?
We have two official accounts: Instagram (@policymage, instagram.com/policymage) and LinkedIn (linkedin.com/company/policymage). Those are the only two, so treat anything else claiming to be Policymage as unaffiliated. Note that we can't handle account-specific or personal questions over social DMs. Use the contact form or [email protected] for those.
What should I include when I write to you?
For questions about a specific plan or premium, include your state, county, and the plan name exactly as it appears on the page — plan availability and pricing vary by county, so we can't reproduce what you're seeing without them. For a bug report, tell us the page URL, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
